Tenants can access their storage units from 6 am to 9 pm seven days a week including holidays.
2. If I rent a storage unit, how long do I have to keep it?
All of our storage units are month-to-month. You can rent a storage space for as long or short a time as you need. There are no long-term contracts.
3. How do I pay my bill each month?
We have several options to pay your monthly bill including auto pay, paying online, over the phone, or in person. We accept cash, check, and credit card.
4. If I have a problem with my storage unit, do I have to call a national call center?
No, our friendly storage facility managers are on site Monday through Saturday and will personally take your call to help with your issue.
5. Do you provide a lock for my storage unit?
No, you provide your own lock; however, we sell secure cylinder locks for a fair price in the office.
6. Is your property monitored by cameras?
Our storage facility is well lit, fully fenced, and has 24 hour video monitoring.
7. Are the storage units at USA Storage for South Alabama students only?
No, we do not only rent storage units to students, we are a public storage facility.
8. Are dollies and hand carts available?
You will love the simplicity of accessing your storage unit with free use of our moving carts and appliance dollies located near the doors of the facility.
